After discussing your goals, we will setup a virtual screenshare share to show our marketing plan and listings that impact your home value.
Virtual Tours
Before listing, we have the entire home virtually mapped out. This isn't just photos, it involves the latest in 3D tech. This is a free service for our clients in the program!
Electronically Sign
You will sign all documents electronically, from the comfort of your home.
Showings
We will only allow buyers to view the home after three key steps: Viewing a video of the home, providing Proof of funds, and expressing in writing their interest in the home. During showings, we will provide masks and other protective equipment.
Inspection
Our inspectors will send you a 40+ page inspection report with detailed photos and descriptions, so you'll get to know every inch of the property.
Closing Time
We will conduct the closing via a video conference and an E-Notary.
Sales Proceeds
We will have the funds from closing wired to your account at no extra charge!
